The Hon. T. Mackenzie (New Zealand's High Commissioner) has organised a systematic inspection of the Thames barge system with a view to eliminating those unfit to carry meat. [To has already discovered several, iinl has arranged with the Fort of London authority arid owners for their removal from tho service.
