Sir Crichton Brown, speaking at the Sanitary Congress at Llandudno, said that the road dust was one of the chief causes of tetanus. He condemned the proposal to teach children to avoid rood dangers. The onus rested on motorists. No skeedaddle rules would quicken the movements of helpless brats startled by a. bogie-man in a motor.
