Much irritation has been caused h,> the King of Greece's speech at Potsdam endorsing the Kaiser, who attributed the Greek victories to the training the officers received in Germany, especially us a French mission under Genera! Eydoux reorganised the Creel army for five years.
The Midi states that in c6ins6quenct of the speech General Eydoux will not return to Greece.
King Constantino's projected unofficial visit to Paris aggravates the situation. Even official circles hesitate to forecast his reception. The newspapers, comment on the ingratitude shown in return for France's support in the Balkan negotiations even against Russia.
