The Duke of Sutherland, in a document of 25,000 words, left his wife an annuity of £9OOO during her widowhood. He left liis second son £150,000, and his daughter £IOO,OOO. He divided his Canadian property equally between his wife and children, left annuities of £SOO to each of his secretaries, and handsome legacies to tin majority of his servants. He desired his body to lie cremated, unless hi.' wife objects.
