There is a large gathering of Royalties at Sigmaringen, including the Prince of Wales, for King Manuel's wedding on Thursday. THE PRESENT TO THE BRIDE. (Received 9.0 a.m.) Lisbon, September 3. Extraordinary secrecy is being observed regarding the Portuguese loyalists' present. Carbonarios threaten that King Manuel's present to the bride (a diadem studded with two thousand diamonds and emeralds which is being made in Lisbon) shall never reach its destination. In the meantime a constant watch is being kept over the shop where the gift is being manufactured. The jewellers have requested Government protection.
