FOUR DRIVERS KILLED

New York, September 2

Four high-powered racing cars in a twenty-five mile race at Nashville, Tennessee, travelled at a speed of sixty miles an hour. The four drivers were killed and several people injured. The second and third cars dashed into the others after the first collision, then several cars flashed through the wreckage unscathed. A Labor Day crowd of 5000 watched the tragedy. There were hysterical scenes.
