BULGARIA’S TERMS. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] Vienna, September 2. Bulgaria offers Turkey the ’greater part of Adriauople, reserving Karagatch and Kirk Kilisse. She demands the razing of the Adriauople fortifications, tiie cession of a strip of ten kilometres east of the Maritza and the giving of protection to a railway following the river which Bulgaria intends to make navigable from Adriauople. ,
