MEETING OF DELEGATES. [Per Presb Association.] Wellington, August 29. A conference of the Overseas Club tUlfigater was held to-day. It was decided to- instruct the branches to celebrate Empire Day by holding patriotic concerts in conjunction with kindred j societies, speeches to the school children, and - bonfires on prominent hills. The proposal to have a Welcome Hal Lat the Auckland Exhibition was remitted to ..the Auckland* Branch to report on. The question of having a daily ceremony at the schools to in»tii Imperial ideas in the children was left to Auckland 'to arrange and report to the- Council.
