Alico Sarah Williamson, a married A-oman, was charged at the Supremo Court to-day with the murder of Ellon Ahlgren, at Henderson, on July 17. Tho case arose out of tho death of a woman named Ahlgren, by burning, and na.s based upon her dying depositions. The evidence was similar to that at the inquest and in the Lower

Court proceedings. The jury returned a verdict,of not guilty, and accused was discharged.
