(Received 11.40 a.m.) Washington, August 26. President Wilson, at the request of the Mexican Foreign Minister, has agreed to postpone the delivery of the Congressional message dealing ' ult l Mexican affairs. It is understood tha Mr Lind, United States envoy, has made supplementary proposals to President Huerta f*br an armistice; all so for early Governmental elections, from which Huerta shall a)atain. The message has been postponed to give Huerta an opportunity to decide his future action.
A CALL TO DIAZ. (Received 11.10 a.tn.) Mexico City, August 2G. General Diaz, ex-envoy to Japan, has been summoned to return to Mexico.
