Thaw has engaged ten lawyers, and it is rumored he will have something to say which he has in reserve, in regard to.the present deportation after the habeas corpus proceedings on Wednesday. it is reported that the Canadian Government is deporting Thaw to Vermont or New Hampshire. Thaw is likely to choose the former. LAWYERS DISSATISFIED. New York, August 25. Tlie authorities are preparing for
the extradition. Thaw is showing arrogance, not exhibitiing a sense of the responsibilities he displayed at previous trials, and his lawyers threaten to abandon the case unless he alters his demeanour. AFRAID TO "SQUEAL." , Thompson, the chauffeur, says ho
