A hydroplane containing Montalent and his brother was disabled at n great height at Rouen. Both were killed, falling into a tree and a boat respectively. AN IMPROVED AIRSHIP. Pome, August 24. Delegates from the British Air Department have arranged for the construction of a Rollanini dirigible after witnessing trials at Milan. Tt is described as combining the advantages of tho rigid and non-rigid types of airships.
