JEWEL THIEVES AT WORK
REPORTED TRUST IN NEW ZEALAND. [By Electric Telegraph-—Copyright] [United Press Association.] London, August 23. The Citizen reports that as the outcome of the search for the missing necklace, English, Continental, and American police have discovered, a jewel thieves' trust, embracing several scientific thieves. The trust has established a world-wide network of agents for the disposal of goods. Five pearls stolen a year ago were sold three months sineo in an Australian mining (town. , The French police believe that agents of the trust have recently'been busy in Wellington, New Zealand.
