[By Electric Telecraph—-CorYiticirrl [United Press Association.] (Received 12.40 p.m.) Montreal, August 22.It is understood that the immigration authorities have agreed to allow Thaw to choose his own route when rejected as an undesirable. Thaw's friends plan to have a yacht in readiness in the St. Lawrence river to enable him to escape.
