THE RISK OF CIVIL WAR. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright [United Press Association. 1 London, August 22. Insurances to the amount of £7,000,000 have been effected in Belfast against the risks of civil war. '-Witnesses at the inquest on Armstrong testified to seeing the police fire in the direction of Armstrong's house. The police also smashed windows with batons and rifles.
