THE HAGUE CONGRESS.
VESTED INTERESTS. [By Electric Telegraph-Copyright' [.United Press Association.] (Received 10.30 a.in.) The Hague, August 2T. The Peace Congress has recommended the inclusion of restriction of armaments in the programme for the next international conference. It also protested against the sinister influence of persons interested in the armaments industry.
