SUICIDE WHILE INSANE. [Per Press Association.! Christchurch, August 21. An inquest was held to-day touching the death of William David. Smith, aged 32 years, who was found hanged at his house yesterday. A verdict' was returned that deceased committed suicide by hanging himself while of unsound mind.
