RIVER STEAMER TRAGEDY. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright! [United Press (Association.] New York, August 20. A message from Keokuk, lowa, reports that tlie- river-steamer Henry Bosso turned turtle. Fourteen of the crew were imprisoned below the waterline. A heavy storm is raging. Seven escaped death. The other seven were caught in a cabin and drowned like rats. The captain was flung into the middle of the river when the doekhpuse parted. As the vessel capsized a man and- a woman released themselves under the boat and reached the surface, hut were drowned before the rescuing boats arrived.
