COURT MARTIAL SENTENCES. Salonika, August 19. A Greek court martial sentenced to death eighteen Turks for the massacre of Christians at Serfidje, and twenty three Bulgarians at Komitadjis, for outrages at Fiorina. OUTBREAK OF PLAGUE. Hong Kong, August 19. Sixteen cases of plague with ten deaths were recorded last week.
