Lord Duuraven, Chairman of the Irish Reform Association in 1904, in i letter, urges a conference of Liberals, Unionists, and Nationalists to (orinulate a scheme of Home Rule lor Ireland for subsequent submission to the electors. Lord Dunraven Insists in shelving the present measure that will not alter a problem which must bo solved by the balance of opinion.
