RECONCILIATORY RESOLUTIONS [By Electric Telegraph-.-Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 1.25 p.m.) ■ Washington, August 15. In the House of Representatives Mr Towner proposed a resolution favoring mediation with Mexico by the United States, with the Argentine and Brazil acting in concert. A debate followed and action was deferred.
