WHARF THIEVES.
[Per Press .Association.] Jncklind. August VJ. Percy Helmsley and Edward Ciawshaw wore charged before Mr E. C. Cutten, S.M., to-day with stealing eight dozen pairs of sox from the wharf, and Harry Hewitt with receiving the goods in question, which formed part of the cargo of tue steamer Suffolk. All pleaded not guilty and were committed for trial.
