WHEAT HANDLING STRIKE. (Received 9.45 a.m.) Sydney, August 14. In connection with the Darling Harbor wheat-handling strike, the Government has authorised the Industrie 1 Commissioner to prosecute the Chief Commissioner of Railways for failing to give notice of an intended change in employment in respect of wages and hours.
