SUPREME COURT.

DI7NEDIN SESSIONS. Dunedin, August 12. In the Supreme Court to-day, Patrick Ryan, David Morris and Martin Carroll were acquitted on a charge of robbing Ernest McGlashan, and using personal violence against him. Walter Duff was sentenced to five pears' imprisonment for an unnatural offence, and Albert Percy Olding to six months' imprisonment on a charge of abducting a girl under sixteen years of age and undue intimacy with her. Edward Wilson, alias' Robert Jones, was sentenced to seven years' imprisonment and a (logging of 15 strokes on a charge of assault with intent on a young girl.
