FRESH CASES IN SYDNEY. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] Sydney, August 12. Seven fresh smallpox cases were reported to-day. NEW ZEALAND OFFICIAL BULLETIN. [Per Press Association.] Wellington, August 12. The following smallpox bulletin was issued to-night by the deputy chief health officer:—The district health officer in Auckland (Dr. Monk) reports that no fresh cases have been reported in Auckland or suburbs since yesterday's report. A suspicious case is reported Kopanga. Two cases previously reported as chicken-pox at Otaua are now* notified as smallpox. Both are Maoris, ''The accounts of the epidemic from the Waikato district are reassuring.
