Th<> Xational Show opened in brilliant weather. In Clydesdales, stallion four years-old and over, Royal Scotch, bred in Xew Zealand, was first j three year old and under four years, Recruit, the exhibit of Messrs. Mitchell and O'Brien (Oamaru), was first; two-year-old and under three years, Sir Logie, bred in New Zealand, was first. Mare, four-year-old and over, Messrs Mitchell and O'Brien's Flora was awarded second.
