WAR ON A STEAMER.
DESPERATE RACIAL FIGHTING. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright' l [United Press Association.] New York, August 9. The steamer Pannonia has arrived from Trieste. Throughout the voyage a miniature war between Greek, Servian, Bulgarian and Turkish steerage passengers was waging. After general riots in the first few days the captain disarmed them, but the disturbance continued. Nearly every participant was wounded. The women fought as fiercely as the men.
