MAXY ARRESTS MADE. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] Delhi, August 5. A hundred arrests have been made at Cawnpore. Many of them are boys. Some, of the trustees of tho mosque who convened the meeting that addressed the mob have been arrested. The fatalities numbev twenty. Tho incident is viewed vith concern, as the Mahommedans are already unduly excited over the Balkan trouble. The police had much difficulty in controlling a meeting at Lucknow to protest against tho action of the Cawnpore authorities.
