The German pounbusch publishes a preliminary estimate of the world's wheap crop in 1913, showing that indications point to the largest production on record. The estimated total its 511,200,000 quarters, including Australia, 11,100,000 quarters. NEWTON KING'S STRATFORD WEEKLY REPORT.
At the Haymarket on Saturday last [1 had a full yarding of nigs, calves, horses, etc. There was a large attendance ami the enquiry was good with prices about par with last sale with the exception of weaners which were a trifle easier. I quote slips and weaners Ss 6d to 16s, small stores 18s to £1 2s, medium do. up to £1 -Is, sows £1 to £1 os, late do £2 12s 6d, calves 2s to £1 Bs, sets harness £1 10s, gigs £l2, light traps £8 ss, milk cart £B, quantity sundries, posts, etc. at usual ratos.
