The following handicaps have been .declared for the Fire Brigade events to be run' off at 2 o'clock on Thursday afternoon:

Gorton lOsec, Fireman C. Bennett lOsec, Fireman W. Payton lOsec, Messengers Henry and Crossan 15sec. Bishara Cup.—Lieut.
