'lhe Government Meteorologist (Rev D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows :
The indications are for variable and strong breezes but westerly strong winds to galei prevailing. Expect dull weather with much mist and fog iu parts, rain probable. The barometer lias a falling tendency.
