Miss Mona Childs, who is to be married next Thursday, was last night tendered a farewell social by the firm of Herbert land Co.', with whom she has been connected for some time. The •octal was held in the Foresters’ Hall, kfid there was about eighty present. A highly pleasant time was spent by everybody, the floor being in first-rate order.
