Lord Grey has outlined a scheme for the i oncentration of the Dominion Governments' offices under one roof at Aldwych. Besides having the Commonwealth, he argues, such concentration would prove a notable symbol of Empire. Lord Grey has secured a three gears’ option of a site at £3OOO a year, which is vested in a syndicate.
