A DULTERATED LIQUOR

The Indrabarah left this afternoo. for Port Chalmers, but owing to th heavy weather outside the heads, am the fact that the vessel was in ligh trim and her propeller blades darn aged, it Avas deemed advisable to pu back.

The Tndrabarah resumed the voyag at 9.30 to-day. Tim vessel is flyiu, light, and will go on easy steam. In weather is now fine.

Cutten, S.M., on a charge tha: on Sunday they broke and "entered the shop of Phillip Levy, tobacconist, in Karangahape road, and stole £3 10; in money, two sovereign cases, tw< pocket knives, a cigarette holder, i brass match hope, a matchbox pipelighter, two boxes of wax matches, three packets of cigarettes, and f. packet of cigarette tobacco. After inquiring into the circumstances of tin patents and the children, His Wor ship eomndtted the eldest to '.tin Burnham Industrial School, and tinothers to tlve-Takapuiui School, with a recommendation that the latter be allowed out:on probation meantime.'
