New York, July 23. The resuscitation of a hanged negro is reported from Starke, Florida. Mitchell, who murdered another negro, was sentenced to death, and was hanged for an hour in tho county gaol.

Physicians declaring him dead, the body was placed in a coffin, but Mitchell revived and lived for half a day when he suddenly expired.
