APPLICATIONS FOR LAND
The issue of the freehold title to section 17, block 12, Ngaere 4 ,270 j acres, to John Granville, was approved. . It was decided to insert in the deferred payment licence of section 7, block 8, Ngaere, held by J.,T. findsay, under L.I.P. : "All conditions to L.I.P. tenure other than rent, residence and improvements." ' It was decided to certify that M. O'Shea lessee of sections 16 and 17, block 11, Ngaere, ia entitled to the issue of a. Crown grant. The issue of a lease for section 12. block 14, Oil-lira, held under improved farm conditions, to John Nicoll, was approved. A similar application by A. Sangster in respect of section 2, block 4, Aria, was also granted.
GENERAL
A letter was received from A. Sang
