WEDDING BELLS.

GOSLING—ABBOTT,

A very quiet and popular wedding took place at the Roman Catholic Church this morning, the ceremony being conducted by the Rev. Father Maples, when Miss Marion (Cis) Abbott, eldest daughter of the late Mr AVilliam Abbott, was married to MiGeorge Gosling, of Maidstone, Kent, England, and only nephew of M. Cutler, Esq., late Chief Inspector of Scotland Yard. The bride looked charming in her beautiful trained gown of Duchess satin relieved with real Limerick lace and ball trimmings. She aliso wore the orthodox bridal veil with coronet of orange blossoms and carried a shower bouquet. She was given away by her brother Mr "Bunny" Abbott, of 'All Black" fame. The bridesmaids were the little sister and cousin of the bride, Misses Rita and Tory Abbott, who were attired in pretty silk frocks relieved with lace trimmings. They carried pretty bouquets of roses and maidenhair fern 1 . The bridegroom was supported by Mr Fred Jones-.
