WARNING TO DUBLIN RESI-
DENTS

Residents of Dublin have received a leaflet warning Irishmen in terms of nost flagrant disloyalty to have nothing to do with the English navy and army. The leaflet says: "England's population is cowardly and degenerate, and war between England and Germany is inevitable."
