NO UNDUE INFLUENCE OR
FRAUD

The Probate Court was again crowded with fashionable people for the conclusion of the Sir John Scott will case. Counsel’s speeches occupied the whole day.
The jury found that no undue influence was exercised by the Sacki villes and no fraud by Lady Saekville.
The will and five'codicils were duly executed accordingly and judgment was pronounced for probate with costs.
