DISOBEDIENCE IN BARRACKS,

Robert Lucas, a Territorial undergoing military detention, was charged at the Magistrate's Court with refusing to obey orders. He arrived at the Alexandra Barracks on Monday, and had since refused to obey orders. He declined to give up his civilian clothes, to take a bath or to do any work. Mr Riddell, S.M., ordered defendant to be detained for a further term of seven days.
