The Government Meteorologist (Kev 1). C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows : The indications are for southerly moderate to strong winds prevailing, squally at times. Weather appears Hkely to he cloudy and unsettled. Rain probable and weather will probably become colder. Barometer rising.
