W.A. COVERXMEXT’S PROMISE. The Scaddan Government, in pursuance of a promise made to the West Australian Alliance, will re-in-troduce the Local Option Bill, which was shelved last session. The measure substitutes a bare majority ot votes for a three-fifths majoriO in the local option polls, and abolishes all the time limit and compensation provisions.
