THE HOME RULE BILL. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press (Association.] London, July 1. In the House of Commons the financial resolutions in connection with the Home Rule Bill were adopted by 270 to 143, amid Nationalist cheers. The Bill was reported without amendments. POLLEN FIRE CONTROL APPARATUS. Mr Churchill intimated that ho I would not adopt the Pollen fire conj trol apparatus, i I AFFECTING THE MONEYLENDERS. Lord Newton’s Bill, compelling money-lenders to disclose their identity and forbidding them to send unsolicited circulars, was read a second time. Lord Newton remarked that one of the most insistent senders of circulars was a representative member of the House of Lords. THE WELSH BILL. The financial resolutions of the Welsh Disestablishment Bill were carried by 203 to 193.
