GREECE TAKES A HAND.

The latest report states that the Bulgarians are attempting to seize the Uskuh-Salonika railway, near \ alaudovo. M. Rasies, in a speech in the Skuptsehina, adhered, to the attitude he had defined since May. Salonika, July 1. The Bulgarians, after dislodging the Greeks at Panghason, violated the neutral zone to seek separate Greeks and Servians. The Greek troops were ordered to advance. Sofia, July 1. Bulgaria has protested to Servia and Greece against aggression on the eve of a peaceful settlement. The Bulgarian troops have been strictly enjoined to cease operations unless attacked. Bulgarian official circles accuse the Servian Military League of ordering the recent aggressive attacks, to prevent Parliament endorsing M. Pasics’ policy. Vienna, July 1. Both Austria and Roumania still anticipate a peaceful settlement of the Balkan crisis.

THROW DOWN YOUR ARMS. BULGARIANS I Athens, July 1. Owing to the Bulgarians attacking the whole Grek line without a declaration of war, the Government has ordered the Bulgarian troops at Salonika to surrender their arms within an hour. Meanwhile both Greece and Bulgaria are reciprocally protesting against the aggression in the Constantine and Salonika wards. The Bulgarians defeated a Servian battalion at Gueygheli, then occupied the town, and cut the railways and telegraphs. A later message from Athens states that the Bulgarians at Salonika are not surrendering their arms. The Greeks thereupon opened fire, and the Bulgarians surrendered.
