FIFTH ANNUAL MEETING. Tile; annual meeting of the Association was held in the Foresters' Hull, Stratford, yesterday, when delegates were present from the Stratford Oddfellows, Foresters, »nd llechahites, Manaia Oddfellows, New
Plymouth Oddfellows, Hawera Oddfellows, ■ Inglewood Druids, Hibernians and Foresters, Eltharn Druids, Oddfellows and Foresters, Toko Oddfellows, Hawera’ Oddfellows (American Constitution), and Midhirst Oddfellows.
The report and balance-sheet as follows were adopted:—“Numerically the Association is increasing rapidly, the membership now reaching 2100 members, an increase of 400 during the vear. The’ Executive is unanimously of opinion that the quarterly contribution should be increased from 2s to 2s (3d per member, so that the Association. can create a reserve fund, thus materially strengthening its financial position and^so enable it to withstand any epidemic among its members. The question of revision of the rules now in force will come up for consideration. The Executive met four times during the year, and the attendance at each meeting was good, every member being present! The best thanks of the Association is due to the Stratford Foresters for the free use of their hall for meetings. With tlio adoption of this report your executive and officials go out of office, and it rests with the bvethrqn present to elect their successors.

GENERAL. - Tho contribution was increased from 2s to &s 6d. The rules were revised and brought up to date. The new executive was elected as follows: —President, Mr S. 0.
