CHARGE OF ESPIONAGE.
GERMAN SPY SENTENCED. [By Electric Telegraph—Copy.tight] [United Press Association.] London, June 25. Wilhelm Klart has been sentenced to four years’ penal servitude at Winchester assizes/ for attempting to secure a naval code by bribery. A London cablegram, -dated March 21, states:—Wilhelm Klart, a German, who was arrested at .Portsmouth a fortnight ago, has been committed for trial on a charge of espionage.
