GREECE FAVORS ARBITRATION
[By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association I Athens, June 24.
The Foreign Minister states that Greece is ready to submit all questions to general arbitration, to be carried out simultaneously with the same arbitrators as Bulgaria. She cannot assert that the portion of the conquered territory is a matter that she is entitled to settle with each ally separately, particularly as it was never mentioned in the agreement, prior to the war, upon which the claim is based.
Belgrade, June 24
The War Minister has refused to take the responsibility of the army's action if the Russian conditions of arbitration are accepted. He has advised that an ultimatum be sent to Bulgaria; hence M. Pasic's resignation.
