WANGANUI v. TARANAKI. The Wanganui selector (Rev. W. 13. !Scott) has selected the following team Ito represent Wanganui in their match I against Taranaki at Hawera next Saturday: Full-back, R. Faberj threequarters, A. Temper ton, F. Meuli, F. Collier; five-eighths, D. Cameron and R. 'Baddeley; half, F. Atkins? forwards, A. Lynch (wing), I). Smith, E. Manners, T. Leahy, R. Leahy, W. Dustin, EL Laird, H. Collier. Emergencies: Backs, C. Dustin, D. Moore.; forwards, A. Whittington, W. Moffatt. The above team is considerably changed from the team so badly beaten on June 3. There are no fewer than seven alterations. It is practically the same team that defeated the Manawatu team on Saturday last. Tho Leahy brothers and W. Dustin have been recommended for inclusion in tho team to travel to Californa.
The following players will represent the Stratford Ist Junidns in their match against Tukapa Ist Juniors, at New Plymouth on Thursday next, leaving by 8.30 a.m. train:—Collins, Brown (3), Tiehbon (2), Bowler, Stewart, Rogers, Pearce, Watkins, Hockey, Wasley, Kennedy, Jones. Emergencies, Marfell, Crighton, Rogers.
