BIG CHURCH PARADE. , [Per Press Association.] Auckland, June 22. The battleship New Zealand arrived at 8 a.m., and' berthed at the Queen Street Wharf without difficulty. She will be coaled on Monday, and sails for Vancouver on Saturday next. A church parade of the ship's company took . place, at St. Matthew's Church this morning. About five hundred bluejackets ancl Royal Marines were present. Captain Halsey, Commander Grace, and a number of other officers, also the Officer Commanding the Auckland Military-s District (Colonel Logan), the foreign Consuls, the Mayor, and members of local bodies were also present. The service was conducted by the Rev. W. E. Gillam, assisted by ministers of the Baptist, Presbyterian and "Wesleyan Churches. The church, which seats 1800, was filled to overflowing.
