Commenting on the Atlantic cable motion, as appearing on Wednesday, Senator Findlay, acting Postmaster General, said the subsidiary conference regarding the cable charges still considered it necessary for the Commonwealth, though Britain thinks it unnecessary, because the charges have been reduced since the subsidiary coil ference suggested them at Coronation time.
